We'll be there with our 3 boys from August 13 until the 21st at the BWV. I can't wait. We went last summer at the same time and we had a great time, summer heat or not!!

Can't wait. Aug 27 to Sept 1 at SSR. First family adventure: wife,2 daughters and son in laws,plus our beautiful three grandchildren. The first of many WDW trips. I'm counting the days!!!!!!!!! Sun,fun,golf, and the family. Can't get any better!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually me and the girlfriend, but we get so many looks when we tell people we bought the DVC, even though we're not married, that I simply go with "wife," hence the quotes. See you in 6 months.

8/5 - 8/11 in a 1BR Standard View at BWV.

It will be our third trip since buying DVC (SSR) and our 1st at BWV.

I know it will be hot , but with DS in middle school now, it seems harder to take vacation during school year.

Hi, we are!!! We are driving from Maine and should arrive at the Poly on the 16th then transfer to VWL on the 20th, heading home on the 26th.
We expect it to be extremely hot and humid but figure by that time in August it will be pretty humid up here as well, so better for the kids to acclimate to temperature wise. We plan on buying plenty of fluids and just having an excellent time no matter the temperature.

Yep, it's going to be hot We go in August all the time but the heat is not such a bad thing. I know you probably heard this before but, first of all the parks are a lot less crowded and they're open late. So when you get hot go back to the pool and hang out. last year we got an All inclusive ticket that included the water parks. We went to Blizzard Beach in the morning, then hit a park in the early evening. LOVED it.

UGH! I feel your pain! We will probably end up going with JetBlue anyway, but I want to compare fares.

We will be there August 18-25 . First 2 nights will be at the YC, rest of the week in a 2 BR @ BCV! WooHoo!
