Yesterday mornings temperature in Colon, Panama was 90 degrees with 85% humidity. It was supposed to go up to 90% humidty.


Loved the pictures of Jazzman and Grumbo!

There are cliff diving shows in Acapulco that sound really neat. They are about a 10 minute taxi ride from the port.

We can all tour the Curacao liquer factory in Curacao. I wonder if they give free samples?

EmmyGrammy--have a wonderful and safe trip--we don't go again until the October Antigua cruise but even that is approaching quick and responding to all of these cruise nuts is helping the time go quicker. To everyone who is traveling with seniors. What a great thing.
We aren't there yet, I don't even qualify for the senior discounts yet, but it's nice to know that there are people in the golden years who still travel and love it.

those are definately kids in Flounders, they get Heiniken the older ones in Oceanears get Zinfandel. Obviously the picture was taken before Jazz and Grumbo grew up. Grumbo hasn't gotten his olive complexion yet and Jazz doesn't have the wavy hair. LOL over all the pictures. They are great.

Panama Canal info: Approx. 197 million liters of water are used for each lock and ultimately flushed into the sea. The water is fresh water and comes from Gatun Lake.

A friend of mine told me they use fresh water in the locks, instead of salt water, because you weigh more in fresh water and weight is how they compute the cost to travel the canal.

Makes sense.
