RE Hep A-that is why you can't give blood for at least a year after traveling to certain countries.

And the cork, is that more for decorations or does it serve a different purpose?

When we bought the house it had a sauna that was not up to code. Easy decision to convert it!

Donna, We have (or rather DD has) a VW that leaks even when the windows are shut. So we are quite handy at drying out the inside of a car. If you can take up the mats. Bring them inside and put them over a clothes line or if you are in Florida just hang them outside. A hair dryer is great for the seats. Just need a long extension cord. Dry them as much as possible with towels first then get going with the dryer. Also running the heater full blast for long periods of time works. Unfortunately it also costs money.

Thanks a million disneydudette1! I have the Winsor Pilates DVDs, just haven't used them yet. Everyone gives them a good rating. I have a weak neck and abdomen so I've been slow to try. Guess I should!

Back when I was faithfully exercising I would alternate 1 day Sweatin' to the Oldies...fun and nice to see big people exercising, and Pilates...you know, the one with the infommercial on at 4AM. Love the 20 minute Pilates, tolerated the aerobics. I will get back to it I promise!!!
