Just stopping by to let the CO people know that the 75 Mickeys are at Cherry Creek Mall. We saw them at WDW last Christmas and really enjoyed them. If you have nothing to do, head on down to Cherry Creek. (along with the other 1000's of people )

WOW! What a great job by all involved. My DH, an engineer type will be totally blown away.

Auntie Brat hope you enjoy all the hats. And that soon you'll be able to throw them away. We're sending you loads of pixie dust for the up coming treatments and looking forward to meeting you one year from today.

So I am one of the top 10 posters. I didn't think I had been around that much. The way things go I expect to be in the top 10 for the duration.

It just sunk in that it is only 365 days. Luckily I am home alone since I am giggling and saying over and over " Only a year, just a short year!" Whoopie!!

If you had asked Disney cruise line to waitlist you for a special room or floor or catagory. They may have deleted that information out of your ressi. Today I called because with it being the 1 year mark i wanted to see if by chance we got the room we wanted. we do have a room assigned to us but was waitlisted for a certin room number. When the dcl agent told me that the request was removed from my ressi. He did add it back in but now I am worried that insted of bening a the top of the list i am now at the bottem. He said you never know how these list are going to work out anyhow.
I told him thanks and you have a magicial day and he said oh oh you too.

To the CO people again, call Cherry Creek before heading out to find out exactly WHERE the Mickeys are for viewing. It was on 9News and I didn't see it. My dd's boyfriend saw it. It is not on their website.

They're at the Fillmore Plaza, 2nd & Fillmore in Cherry Creek North. There's also a Radio Disney coupon in the e-coupon book to redeem a prize at any Radio Disney event. I wonder if this applies. You can see the entire set of statues online at http://disney.go.com/inside/mickey75/index.html

Pretty miserable Saturday - hot, humid & rainy

Saw the 75 Mickeys with Sandy (alias Jiminy C_Fan) in WDW last December and she is right that any one in Colorado should make an effort to see them!

I'm No. 24 on the posting list so I guess I will have to try harder.

I thought we would be able to board the ship from my yard today. It rained so hard and for so long. The little bt of landscaping that has been done got washed out down the middle of the front area. The storm gulley next to the house was totally full, the street was under about 8 inches of water. But all is well now, and tomorrow is supposed to be nicer. For those of you who got to see the Mickeys, aren't they neat? I went to see them in Boston, but 8 of the 15 were not on display due to vandilizm. They just had them out in the open and people climed on the, broke off the arms, used them for used gum depositiries, etc.

I hope you all have a great Sunday and that the upcoming week is pleasant.

hey guys did you know that when you want to make ressies on the Disney Cruise Line.com, when you pick your stateroom category, it now shows what specific stateroom # are available...
That is cool!! Just discovered that tonight when helping my aunt make ressies for DCL.

I only wish it would show what staterooms # it has available for the Panama Cruise. it is still considered sold out!!
