August 18, 2010...Can't wait for the MAGICal Mediterranean!!!

I wish I could just muster the initiative to go outside and walk...you're so good.

It's not easy let me tell you!!!! I'm about the most unathletic person you'll meet. I'm trying though... I need to healthier...

Last night I was trying to convince Darren to go out with me and he's like what happened to you, you're all "Ms. Fitness" now, you'll be a "hard body" in no time. I said I'd never be a "hard body", I love oreo's too much!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually went out to go walk and my kids were coming in from bicycle riding because it was starting to rain...go figure.

Boiling hot here again today.

Just come in from having a barbecue in the garden, glass of chilled white wine, feet in the paddling pool!

It is just gone 9pm and still warm.

I just figured out this morning, that in my couch to 5k program, my 8th week is the week we leave for Paris!!!! So, if I complete the whole program, I should be running 3 miles 3x a week right before we leave!!!!! I have visions of myself running down the Siene!!!!! Post-1st workout, I"m pretty good, a bit sore, but not too bad.......

That is so awesome! Keep it up. I wish I had your motivation.

It's really not that hard. I just finally decided I needed to do it and am pushing myself... Tommorrow is day 2, we'll see how I feel then.....
 
It's days like today that I hate using a TA. We're moving our Alaska cruise back a week to August 16th because of our kids school going back the day after labor day next year, it doesn't give us much time to sightsee after the cruise. I've been playing email tag with our TA at Dreams to get rooms snagged. We have a cat 6/11 across the hall booked. AND unfortunately the 16th cruise is booked pretty solid and there is only 2 such combos still available. By the time, I gave our TA the go ahead and she actually tried to switch us, the rooms were GONE! They're now back, and I emailed her that I saw them and am now waiting IMPATIENTLY I may add for her to snag them. I'm obsessively checking my upcoming cruises at DCL, to see if the change has been made. If there has been no change, I then check to see if the rooms are still available. I need mental help!!!!!!!

Sounds like a nice end to the day! I got up a bit ago after sleeping away what looks to be a fabulous day! I hate that! Oh, well, only night shift for June or July...I guess I can't complain too much.

anybody know when disney will give out info on flights to barcelona....i called and they said 60 days.....then emailed and was told 45 days.....just getting anxious......

Thinking about your motivation and what you have been through to do this and also that I NEED to do something, than just cut calories, I had a look at your fitness programme. It looks really good, just what I need. I downloaded it into my iphone and am going to start tonight! 20 minutes three times a week, I should be able to do that to start. I haven't looked any further than the two weeks - probably best I don't know!

I will let you know how it goes, but thanks for the kick up the bum!!

Hot again here today - big big football match on too (the UK has gone football mad!). Work have told me I can go early if I want to! :cool1:

Germany has also gone "football mad" too...at my son's school, they are watching the games !!! Well, only the German games that is.
We will be watching USA play today at 4:00.

We are having beautiful weather today, not too hot just sunny and very pleasant.

2nd work out this morning, yes I was out at 6:30 this morning!!!!! Too hot during the day and I'm too tired at the end of the day.... Anyway... wasn't as hard today.... so only one more left in week 1, then on to week two:scared1::scared1:
