Time is moving quickly - before we know it we'll be at the one year mark....that will be very exciting.....just wanted to say hi!!!

Hello to you too!

I caught a post from Cliffside yesterday on another thread about dining....specifically which seating you all chose. We chose 2nd seating....how about everyone else?

Yes I saw you on that thread. It was interesting to read. I did not even think about the time difference situation. Right now we are on main but I will discuss it with DH to see if he wants to change it.:)

cruise, basically because we thought the kids would want to eat. It was just too early. Since we were in a suite, we usually got snacks around 4:30 and then we just weren't that hungry for dinner. Plus, with the european excursion, we didn't want to have to rush back for dinner...so we're trying late seating. I think the sightseeing for me will be more important than dinner, although I so enjoy it. We'll see how the timing works out.

this will be our 3rd Disney Cruise. The later seating works well because for many of the days you will be boarding between 4-6pm. In Italy, DD and DH definately were eating gelato until the last minute before heading back to the ship.

Hey everyone just checking in.
:cool1:
Just got back from five days in Disney. Was great weather was not so great, but we just got raincoats and delt with it.

and my sister and finally became Disney Club Members

Welcome to the board. Apparently you've done this cruise before, so you may be our source of advice. Give me your info = travelers and ages and I'll add you to the list

So we're at a whopping 13 families on this board....kind of funny since I know that the cat 1-4 have been sold out for a while....we're building slowly, but I predict a strong finish.

hi! we are from rockford illinois (about 90 miles north west of down town chicago--near illinois/wisconsin stateline)....we are in room 8602

Yes, we did the Med in 2007. Best vacation of my life; so in the middle of the financial tsunami when I got the email from Disney with the itinerary I could not resist reserving that shining spot to look forward to. We should be into some kind of recovery then, God willing.

Did excursions in Naples and La Spezia. We did Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri in Naples. Instead of Florence we went to Santa Margarita and Portofino. We were on our own in the South of France and Rome. Fantastic days.

This trip I am most excited to SHOP in Tunis! No Euro, YEAH! Gold, birdcages (i know weird), brass trinkets and rugs seem to be the local specialties. I hope to ditch DH and DD and shop till i drop in the Medina!!!

Smores, (I just had one for dessert...)

I noticed your tag line....you're doing an Adventures by Disney in China? You'll have to tell us about that!

I, too am looking forward to the new ports. DH is looking forward to Corsica (history buff....Napoleon's birthplace..) and I'm ready for it ALL!

Cohartman...I'm originally from San Jose...where in the Bay area are you? I'll be back there in August visiting my dad...
