Great to hear it Steff!

You know your a TRUE Diser and DCL nut when that little package in the mail brightens your whole outlook on life!!! :D

I had a dream last night that we forgot our suits at home and had nothing to wear but casual clothes on formal night so we were forced to stay in our cabin by the crew!!!

What a dork!! :p

That would be horrible!

I actually had a worse dream about the ship that I'm sure will not happen while we were playing shuffleboard on the cruise a huge gust of wind made me fall off the ship and then I woke up. Unrealistic but wierd!:D

My Mom and Dad went on a cruise once and my mother forgot to pack all of my Dad's shirts. He had only the shirt on his back. So they had to buy a few, but my dad was a big man and they didn't have very many to choose from you should have seen what he wore. It was hilarious.

I can't really laugh because I forgot my husband's underwear and socks when we went to Disney once.

This is why I always make a check off list.

Lyn

DH is responsible for his own packing (he usually packs the day before). So if he forgets anything he can't blame me. I pack for myself and DS (that's enough pressure).

Lyn--

I know what you mean. I usually have two or three lists in the process of being developed prior to leaving for a cruise. I have horrible thoughts of forgetting something *really* important, like my contacts and glasses! I wouldn't be able to see a single thing during the whole cruise!

My DH and DD usually pack for themselves, also. DH goes on lots of business trips and has his packing down to a science. One carry-on and the laptop. He has peeked into our guest room (my pre-packing staging area), gave me "that" look, and mumbled something about "needing a lot more suitcases". LOL! I'm still trying to pare down the "stuff" and I haven't even started with the clothes, yet!

Oh my!! That is SO funny when you think about it but can you imagine?? So I'm sure you bought your husband some "hidden Mickey" underwear right there in Disney? LOL

I used this packing list last year. Seemed to be quite handy and naturally, I had to add more things that I learned from reading these message boards:

Too scary, Jason. Now I probably won't get off the boat, either. Just think, a whole boat load of people, all just riding out to look at the pretty water. The tour operators will think we are crazy.

Ha ha Hannosmom!

I can see us all too scared to step foot in the water! Actually, stingrays are fairly popular around our area of Florida. And, as long as you do the shuffle, you'll be ok!

I am too scared to be with the sting rays. I prefer to stay on the boat. If anyone is interested, they can be on the boat with me:D

:p I think Miss Scaredy Pants (my DD, chichihoney) is looking for like minded (i.e. terrified) people to keep her company on the boat. :)

How many of us will be staying at the Radisson at the Port on the 15th? Can we get a roll call?

We will be there sometime late Friday afternoon. Would love to have a mini-meet at the pool. (I think that is the only place BD can meet us, since Buckaroo won't be getting out of the pool, lol)

Oh Great!! Just as I was beginning to be confident that nothing happens with the Stingrays - that hundreds of people do the same excursin everyday.......THANKS!!!

Yes, I can see us just standing on the boat and pointing (after our rendition of "Heigh Ho" on the way down there). This is going to be better than I thought!! I'll make sure to bring the video camera to capture all us skaredy kats! ;)

Funny that Tampa Bay is reporting this due to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, just thought that was funny but I guess names do go with the town. Lets start a roll call for all the people staying in the boat lol. Anyway we will be staying at the Raddison so a meet wouldn't be bad!

Count us in at the Radisson. Not sure what time we're going to get there. Our flight gets in around 9:40 but I really want to drive through Celebration this time (since I won't have to rush to the parks). Maybe a stop at the Disney outlet to stock up on pins.

We will be at the Radisson late afternoon also,
-
So if you hear french words near you don't hesitate to say "bonjour"!! it's gonna be us:p

QUOTE]This was in the newspaper today and I couldn't help but think about everyone who's signed up for the Stingray City excursion[/QUOTE]

We originally booked the stingrays, but DD loves horses so much she made us change for the horseback ridding on seven mile beach !!!
hummm , did she sense something ????
