Way to go Ben....How AWESOME, is that you must have been so proud of him.......I am looking forward to seeing the pictures. It might be later when I get home tomorrow night but I will look at them when I do get home. I have a PTA meeting tomorrow night....I will be happy when all of the meeting are finished this week. It has been a long week that is for sure!!

How is your exercising going this week??

The exercising...it is going pretty good. Here are some good stats for you:

Miles run in February: 53.34 (it should be a bit more but those are the runs where I had my recorder on).
Miles run last week: 12.41

Today Paul and I had a great run. It was warm enough for me to wear my running skirt and a light weight long sleeve shirt - so beautiful (yes, this means 37°). We had to run around a bunch of puddles and a big amount of ice but I love being able to run outside. We are now at the point where we can run the whole 5K without stopping at all. Today we even talked as we ran! :rotfl2:

My goal this week is to get back on some of the other exercising I had been doing so well with. I have let a lot of that go because I have been so busy.

I have now loss 22 pounds and am feeling good. :goodvibes

I am going to head to bed now. I just finished watching the Bachelor from last night!!

I am heading to bed too! Night! Can't wait to chat this weekend!

Me either...!! Tomorrow, my principal has asked to meet with me tomorrow @ 10:00 am I am not sure why??:confused3:confused3He says it has nothing to do with the PTA, so I am curious as to what he wants to see me about!!

Any,, DVC members get the Member Files Magazine?? It had a nice article about the Dream in it!!

I got mine today. I can't wait for our cruise. I wish it was this Aug!
I was trying to follow this thread a bit today but seem to be a bit confused...:confused3 ...must be me.
I was confused too!
Yeah - we just got home from Ben's school musical. He had a pretty big part with a singing solo...it was so great!

I knew I was missing something. There are so many groups who know each other here that I think sometimes there are conversations that are a bit of a mystery to others! I know that I am so excited to be sailing with all of you again...if only it would come faster! It is a good thing we have our March 2011 trip to look forward too!

I agree! I don't post a lot, but I'm here reading! I'm going to WDW for Spring Break at the end of the month and I can't wait. I hope it's warmer than it was for New Years. I do wish our cruise was closer!
Congrats to Ben! I can't wait to see your pics.

We are staying 1 night at Port Orleans French Quarter (We've never stayed there and we decided to go a day earlier) and the rest of the time at Kidani(std studio) We usually stay in studios since there is only 3 of us...that and the fact tha we don't have a lot of points. I like to maximize them!:) I really wanted to add on when we were on the cruise....it was soooo tempting...but I was good and didn't. Maybe on this cruise I will.

When are you goign and where are you staying? Our dates are 3/27-4/2!

Got it here today..... :)

Off topic - I did notice they said that any DVC member using the DP will have to pay up front for it now (used to be a check-in).

We did not add on our last cruise either but eventually would like to again. My parents are members so if they decide to ever get rid of their points we will take them from them for sure too. I would like to have 1,000 points before I can say we are all finished purchasing points.......

We are going to SSR in April, then back for two weeks in June/July!! Trying to plan an Oct. trip now too. Bruce, has a trip for work then so we will try to extend it and stay @ SSR then too!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
Port Orleans is VERY NICE you'll enjoy it my parents stayed there before they were members!!:thumbsup2:)

Oh gosh Harry, I missed that one. I am going to have to go and look that up. That kind of will make you rethink the dining plan...Not sure when I book 11 months out I will want to pay for the dining plan then!! What are your thoughts on that??

I never book the DDP but to pay for it 11 months out is absurd! But you only have to book it before you get there right, so you wouldn't have to book the DDP at 11 months, you could add it on a month before or so. Unless they change those rules too. I really don't see what it matters to them. It's not like they are counting how many seats they need for something. You will give them your money for food in one way or another.

When are you thinking about in Oct.? We'll be down there at the begining of Oct.

I think the dates are something like Oct. 6-16th......!!

I will be there too in October! I think it is the 8-13... but with a school trip! That's right... I am close to crazy! Every year for the past 12 years we have taken between 20 and 30 students (6th...7th... and 8th graders) to Disney World for our Annual YES trip! YES is Disney's Youth Exploration Series and we do a lot of behind the scenes with their educators. We also do Sea World and Kennedy and do education programs there with our students as well! I really love Disney and love to share the experience with the kids... but they ARE middle school kids :rotfl:

Well, I'm back from the gym and I ran/power walked 2 miles! Not bad for someone who hasn't seen the inside of the gym in over a year. We'll be down there from the 2nd or the 6th of Oct. till the 8th. I'm still trying to decide how many days of school I want my kids to miss. Our cruise starts on the 9th so we're going down before the cruise to do a little Disney. You can't go to Florida and not do Disney!!!!

It doesn't say when the DDP needed to be booked - at reservation time or not. Previously you could add it 48 hours (I think) before you got there. We've only used it 2x. but booked it only a week or so ahead of time. I certainly wouldn't want to pay for it 11 months out though. Then again, DCL holds our cruise deposits for a couple of years though?!?! :rotfl:

Good stats!!! Temps will be in the 50s here this weekend so I will be back outside running!! The temps generally aren't the issue - it's the snow, puddles, and giant potholes!! :rotfl:
