I too have tuned in to 102.9. Can't wait till 107.9 starts too-I think their music is a little more upbeat.

Tomorrow there is a H1n1 flu shot clinic in our county for kids. There is only 2 places to go in the whole county and limitied quantities. I am debating going with my girls. They have not had it, yet. Any one else get vaccinated?

Jen--Hope your dd feels better.

I voted, but I guess it depends on what graphic goes with it too.

You guys are so chatty--I am going to attempt to keep up.

Hi! Just wanted to introduce as ourselves as fellow cruise mates! We booked our August 16 Dream cruise on November 9th! I am Jami, DH is Scott. We have 2 children, DD will be 5 at cruise time, and our new little man will be 2 at cruise time.

Our school system had the vacine and I had my girls get it. I did debate back and forth but in the end said yes.

Morning!! I have not gotten my kids vaccinated, but they are 13 and 16, and over the age that they giving the shot too around here right now. Everything I have seen says 6 months to 9 years.

107.9 usually starts before 102.9, have you heard that they are for sure doing it this year? The more stations the better.

I have not heard about 107.9, just assumed I guess. I hope they do!!! Erika--where are you?

Tomorrow Dakota county has the clinic. They have 6000 shots for two places in the county for 2-9 year olds. I think it will be a mad house. I am going to try and go--we will see what happens.

I am up in Otsego. There haven't been any clinics up in Wright County, but like I said, my kids are too old anyway!

Gotta love this beautiful weather, wish it would last through black Friday though! Sure was nice for waiting out for the Cities 97 Sampler yesterday. Last year it was 30 degrees colder!!

I am up in Otsego. There haven't been any clinics up in Wright County, but like I said, my kids are too old anyway!

Gotta love this beautiful weather, wish it would last through black Friday though! Sure was nice for waiting out for the Cities 97 Sampler yesterday. Last year it was 30 degrees colder!!

Congrats for getting one. Dh and I have not been able to get one the last couple of years due to kids bus times and work. Is it good?

I don't even buy it for me. Our friends moved to Portland Ore, 7 years ago, so I get them for them and then mail them out there. So I don't even listen to it, just send it off LOL.

We had wanted to do the flu clinic but the kids have been too sick to get it.

I hope that DD starts getting well soon. Today her temp is 103°!!!

I hope Emily feels better soon. My youngest missed Halloween because of the sickness going around.

DS missed Halloween and now it looks like Emily is on track to miss Thanksgiving. She is so miserable today with the high temperature.

Sorry to hear about the sick kidlets out there, fevers are so scary. In Ontario, Canada our clinics have opened up so anyone can get the shot now.

Just caught up, missed one day, ugh, can't imagine going on vacation, I'm sure I would be behind a chapter.

I will go and try to vote.

Erika, congrats to Alexa, she must be thrilled.


My kidlets have a PA Day today (day off school), so they are chilling right now, we are knee deep in continued construction so we will be doing that today, dh is going to put down the ceremic kitchen floor today, maybe I will get my kitchen back, kinda hard to live with out that. lol

Jenna has her competetive dance classes tonight so that is my day done and it hasnt even started.

Looks like they are offering the vaccine to older kids now. Yesterday Meagan brought home a consent form to recieve the vaccination through high school. I'm not sure if I am going to let her get it. I've heard some negatives about it, but I also don't want her to get the flu. I need to make up my mind quickly though, they aren't giving us much time to fill it out and send it back.

My kids got it and they are 10 and 13. I guess it is different everywhere. It is a tough decision because they just do not have enough information on it.
