I was checking out the shipbuilder's website (Meyer Werft) and no pictures of the Dream.... webcam currently shows the Celebrity Eclipse... found a thread on the DIS where it states that, for some reason, the Dream will not be shown at all on their webcam during construction....

No, not a travel blender I just bought a new blender from www.bedbathandbeyond.com for $19.00 and change. It is a smoothie maker this is the type that I have taken with us on our three cruises!!

I am just joining this thread now. We will be on the 8/16/11 cruise. I hope that is the cruise you are referring to when talking about making us all drinks!

Last Disney Cruise, my husband and I came up with a great, easy way to make bahama mama's on board. We brought the small cans of Dole pineapple/orange juice and all essential alcohols. These drinks mixed up perfectly in the Castaway Club free little thermoses they give you. We would carry them with us and just get a glass with ice anywhere on board and fill up when needed.

Great News, last night my friend Michele and her family booked this cruise as well through Carol. We are going to have a GREAT group with Carol. I bet now there are enough of us to get the extra group ammentities!!

Was Carol able to get them a good deal? I was looking online and all they have left were verandah rooms. My friends want to come with me, but not for the price of a verandah. Does anyone know of a TA that blocks rooms and might still have interiors left? My chances of an upgrade for my room are looking slim, I think this cruise is going to sell out!

Hello Everyone! I am excited that we have some new families joining us on the cruise!!!!

This weekend I did a bit of work on our website. I added some new people to our list, created a new member page, added our cruise graphics, put some more kids on the kid's connect page and added another family to the fish exchange. Since there were so many changes this week, I also updated my blog!

Anyone else who wants to know more about our web site can learn more about it on the first page of this thread. There is not a huge amount there right now...but it should be a really helpful site. I will update it any time someone here wants me to or any time I find out anything new about our cruise!

Same for our friends who tried to book. They are waiting to see if anything opens up. I wasn't really thinking about an upgrade - it has never happened to us before and I swear we are the "unluckiest" people on the planet ( as opposed to the Andersons! LOL) but I have my fingers crossed that they will eventually offer a military discount. That's how we upgraded last time!
