I know we can change the cabin tour to a cabin crawl at each cabin we all stop and take a shot of what ever we are drinking!

LOL!!! We would be a happy bunch on the cabin tour!

Finished putting all the FEs together this morning. Now, I just have to pack them up so I can ship them out.

Mine are all finished and packed but I am debating unpacking it all, opening it all up and adding one other small thing. It seems like a lot of work though. I might have to skip it....or add it as we pass them out and that might work.

I vote for just adding the item when you pass out the FE's! No nned to add more things to do to your list!!

Where do u guys live and how long will it take you to travel to Wdw / port canaveral?

I live in North Carolina about 15 minutes from the beach!! An hour or so from Myrtle Beach, SC (if you've ever heard of there!) We will be driving and it takes about 10 hours (depending on traffic and stops).

I think we are all hoping the AquaDuck will be open right away. I know that we would all love to try it at least once but we will wait to see how long the lines are.

My goal is not to stress myself out too much right away on the ship. We will see what that really works out for me!

I'm hopong the AquaDuck will be open too! Can't wait to try it out!!

Candy, I hope you don't have to worry about cataract surgery too soon! You are too young for cataracts!

I just got new contacts today. Since my prescription changed they are a bit stronger and it's making it a little difficult to read my screeen. My DR said this would happen if she adjusted the distance too much.

My DD14 has an appointment in an hour to get fitted for contacts! She doesn't wear her glasses full time, but she should. I told her she'll love being able to see clearly again! Starting her with dailies. We'll see how she does because I sure can't help her put them in or take them out. I have a hard enough time with my own.

Do you have multi focal contacts? I just started wearing those and I'm not sure they do what they are supposed too!

Bethany is 10yo and went for a contacts appointment earlier this summer. It didn't go well!

They won't write out the prescription for her until she can show them that she can put them in/take them out...and we aren't there yet.

So she will be wearing her glasses for the trip...with no sunglasses.

I knew it was early, but I thought I would try...if we hadn't tried, we wouldn't know she wasn't ready.

I've been wearing contacts for close to 30 years. LOVE THEM!

Me too! I love my contacts and never wear my glasses! DSjust got glasses in Jan. and never wears them! We tell him he should wear them...it might be nice to be able to see clearly!! He says he'll never wear contacts!!!! He can't stand the though of sticking something in his eye!! I tell him just wait, you'll change your mind!

That is a cute graphic-I haven't seen it before. I printed off a bunch of images for magnets over the weekend. Then I remembered that this time we have 2 cabins so I need to make extra sets of porthole ears too. Still need to work on those.


But first I really need to finish my FE gifts so I can mail them out tomorrow. Making/assembling part is done; now need to bag and tag

I know what you mean! I really need to get busy on my house! I have two rooms set up for packing. The front guest bedroom is for camp stuff that is a week away! And the kids guest room is for the cruise stuff, which I have to have ready at the same time!!

Stay safe in those storms!!

Oh....can I use the graphic for a magnet as well??? I love it! I actually have a few graphics that I need to get going with but we have 2 staterooms and so I need more magnets!

I know, it's so scary!! The Dr asked how old I was, and when I told her she said I am young to be having cataracts. She said these particular ones are fast growing, so I will probably need surgery in the near future!

I am not ready for this!!

I have skimmed through all of this, as I am having irritating work issues right now, but this caught me eye. We do have two rooms, but I only have 1 listed on the FE, I didn't want people to think they had to give us double stuff.

That was my feeling as well. I really believe that the FE is just one for each family....even if they have 2 rooms.

Sorry work is irritating you right now - that is never fun. Hope the rest of your day goes better!

Hopefully she will be ready soon enough. I have a 21 year daughter who is still not ready! She has no desire to wear them, I love my contacts!
