It seems that it may be my family who is requesting to be added on after the deadline. I was pretty sure I sent Kristin our info back at the end of March but she doesn't have it. I am not sure what happened...

I can certainly start a 3rd group if it is necessary. I'm just not sure of the demand at this point. I certainly wouldn't want to get my kids all worked up and then there are no other families. So, it might just be easier to break the news to them now and get them used to the idea of not participating this time around.

Kristin, are there other families or is it just ours?

Interrupting the FE discussion.... Finally some great "summer" weather here!! Unfortunately it also seems to have awoken the stink bugs though!! Saw the first of them hanging around today.

DD turned 7 today!! Party day tomorrow!

HI Everyone, Happy Memorial Day weekend!! The un-official start of summer is here! Busy weekend ahead...nephew's b-day party today, party here tomorrow for DM 78th b-day, and then, weather permiting, beach on Monday with friends!.

Kristin, Thank you for all the FE stuff and I got you PM, Thanks again!

I have an idea of what I am going to do for my FE gift, but I haven't made one yet, I will start working on them after next weekend.

It was soo nice here today. We all went swimming tonight after gymnastics!! Thought that was never going to happen!!

I will got back and look in my emails I did save them all. There are you and one other family right now. If it is ok with others I can add you into group 2 since it is smaller by a few adults if that is ok with everyone so your children are not disppointed...Does that work for group 2??

Well, after going back and forth a million and one times about DS's birthday party. We finally picked a location. We're going to have it at the Lego Store in Downtown Disney on our arrival day. I guess they have a new location with a party room and everything. He is going to love it. He's all into lego right now, so it is the perfect fit.

The birthday party at the Lego Store sounds fun. I am sure your DS will have a wonderful time.

I don't think I got an email about the Fish Extender lists. Now I wonder if I signed up wrong I know when we signed up for the website (which I can't seem to access) I said I wanted to be part of a group. Was I supposed to do more than that?

Umm, Jen was in charge of the website. At one point Jen was unsure if her family was going to be able to go on the cruise. So I took the FE over. Laura, has been kind enough to put weekly updates about sending your FE info. to be before the deadline.....We might be starting a third FE group!!

I did the same thing. I thought I was already signed up so when I read to sign up by the deadline I didn't pay attention to it. If there is enough for a third group i could try and put it together. I have participated in a few so I guess I could take a stab at it if we have enough people.

I just want to say that I know that some of the FE confusion was probably from the point when I canceled our cruise and Kristin took over. However, it was posted on here for several months that if you wanted to be a part of the FE, you had to send Kristin an e-mail with all your information. I also know that it was posted almost weekly about the upcoming deadline and what you needed to do. I do feel bad that I caused part of the confusion but I also believe that it was clearly stated on our thread how Kristin was volunteering to organize it.

I will also say now that I think everyone needs to quit sending PM or e-mails to Kristin about the FE. She volunteered to help out and did the absolute best she could. If you have concerns or ideas, please post them here for all to see and be a part of. Kristin should not have to be the one to continue to filter through it all nor should she be the one to have to answer to anyone who is not happy. Again, she did her best with the information that was sent to her.

I also think we need to find out if the 3rd group could be started by someone and added to. It may be a smaller group but there might also be a couple of people who would not mind leaving group 1 and group 2 to make those groups closer to 20 instead of 25.

The biggest thing is that I believe that it should not be Kristin dealing with all of this. It was not Kristin's fault and she should not have to be answering to e-mails about how people are unhappy. We need to figure it out here and move on so everyone knows what we are doing.
