We would love to meet up with you guys at White Spot the day befor but as
my husbannd said " I know how our family works" to translate that night we will be doing laundry, cleaning the house, packing, and there is a definate posibility that I will be going to the store to get something that I think I need to have. Then there is also the possiblility that someone will have to work.

We are looking forward to meeting everyone onboard the ship.

Well since you mention it ... I will be celebrating my birthday a bit early (really on August 30th), as well as our wedding anniversery late! But with this mash up of celebrations we don't expect our shipmates to "observe" them.

PBader just posted that the Vancouver Entertainment Book (which is currently on sale for $15/book, plus $10 for each additional book with free shipping), has a 2-for-1 deal on the QuickShuttle. This is fabulous.

What it means is that two people going from Sea-Tac to their hotel in Vancouver would pay $99 ROUND TRIP for BOTH of them! The QuickShuttle also picks up at the cruise terminal, and will take you straight back to Sea-Tac, or to the Best Western Executive Inn or the downtown Seattle Holiday Inn in Seattle directly from your cruise. I will be buying Vancouver Entertainment Books from now on!

If you buy a take-out meal and bottled water before you get on the bus (unfortunately, no food stops), it is actually a fairly comfortable ride, and quite pretty in spots:

Me too! I am a full time student and at that point I will be 1 month from graduation! There have been indications that there maybe a second trip in September. I guess we will see.
