We are under the 30 day mark and in 4 quick weeks we will all be on the ship together

I'm starting to hyperventilate - I haven't finished my packing list yet. I still have to create our FE. Adult FE gifts are complete, not sure what to do for the tweens and little ones - have read alot of ideas, but nothing has tripped my trigger at this point. The adult gifts took more time to make than I thought they would, so it put me a bit behind! I need to hem my dress and so much more....

My plan is to get tickets, check in with the dietary folks and then grab lunch and meet all the DISBoarders!

The cruise get-together is in Diversions at 3 p.m. August 16th (Children are allowed in Diversions at that hour). If somebody has reserved Diversions (I have not), and it is not available, we'll all meet in the Promenade Lounge at 3 p.m. Kids and teens are welcome.

The pre-cruise get together is at 5 p.m. August 15th at the White Spot in Richmond, BC (near the airport). If you need something before the cruise, we'll be near a large shopping mall (Lansdowne Centre), so that might be of help.

The White Spot is at 5880 No. 3 Road (No. 3 Road and Ackroyd), Richmond, BC V6X 2E1. There are two White Spots on No. 3 Road, so you'll want to make sure you're at the closest to the Lansdowne Shopping Centre, at the Ackroyd cross street. If you are staying at Canada Place, and don't have a car or don't want to drive, take the Canada Line from the waterfront to the Lansdowne Station. It's just a short distance down No. 3 Road past the shopping centre. You'll probably see the big sign when you get down from the station (the station exits onto No. 3 Road). Kids and teens are welcome.

My crew and I will first zoom over and try to get a Palo brunch reservations. Then off to lunch and check out our rooms. We will instantly fall in love with our stateroom, but tear ourselves away from settling in to join our Dis friends at the 3:00 Meet. After that we will attend the safety drill and get ready for dinner since we have early seating.

Typing this out just made me think, maybe it would be helpful to have name tags for the meet. What do you think bout me picking up some "write your own" style name tags? It might help us associate name with faces more quickly. Thought?

Mrs. Gumdrop, I think this is a great idea.

The cruise became just a little more real today -- The box from ABD arrived! I wasn't expecting anything until about two weeks before we leave, so I was thrilled to see a box on the porch when I got home from work. I was very good and didn't open it until DH and DS got home.
