Oh yeah.. And I've resorted to counting down the WORKING days left until I leave (only 16 more)... I'm guessing most of us work full time (how else could we afford a Disney Cruise ) Man, I'm telling you, I seriously need some time off!!

I got my FE made on Monday finally. I'm gonna make the homemade ones on Sunday. Payday is Friday so I'll buy the last "demographic" on Friday. Then I'll hopefully put everything together about a week before the trip. I intentionally went small with my gifts so I could pack better. I'm notorious for overpacking so I tried to plan ahead!

Regis was cracking me up yesterday when he talked about the Pirates. I'm still in shock that Pittsburgh, for the moment, has 3 winning teams!!! It's always been "The City of Champions....and the Pirates."

20 days for us!!! SO pumped.

Is anyone on here named Kelly and from Chicago? I got a request from them to join the FB group. It may be my sever lack of sleep this week, but that name isn't ringing bells. If it is one of you, I apologize and will add immediately. Let me know!

Going to see Harry Potter with a co-worker tonight after work!!!! Very, very excited!

It's HOT here too. I think Mother Nature is giving us a preview of Florida/Caribbean weather! I'll take it! Anything is better than 5º and two feet of snow and ice.

Yeah Pirates!! That was an exciting game last night.

We're on our way to Erie today until Friday. I need a beach fix before I sail. I grew up in Erie and I do miss the lake. All we have here are dirty rivers.

I did do a tiny bit on my FE last night. I can't get my sewing machine to work so I'm using a lot of glue and hand stitching! I hope it doesn't fall apart!

You'll be amazed at how much room they take up. At least you're driving and won't have to put it on a plane.

We are flying........hope everything fits? With there being 5 of us, we can all pack a little in each suitcase.

We are going to WDW after the cruise, and I am planning on sending down a box or two of supplies (via UPS).... cloths....whatever items we may need at WDW that we won't need on the Dream.

We are flying in the day of the cruise. We are staying 6 nights at BLT on DVC points after the Dream cruise.

I was planning on staying at BLT the night before the cruise (not DVC member) being DS has longed to stay there but it didn't have a code yet and couldn't afford to not get the 35 or 40% off!! And, then DH said he'd rather stay in Cocoa Beach anyway, so maybe another time!

DS and I have looked up all the things to ask for...(insert evil smilie here...). Actually he'll be o.k. as long as he doesn't have to perform or stand up and do anything, so I think we'll be o.k.

This is our first time with fish extender. Does anyone bring extra gifts......at least for kids, in case the oppourtunity comes up to give new friends gifts who may not of heard of this before?

We didn't when we've done FE in the past, but we always bring glow bracelets for pirate night for other people's kids. We stand in the crowd before the show and look for little ones who don't have any. Then we quietly ask the parents if it'd be o.k. if their kids could have one. On our last cruise, it was the first time our DS wasn't with us and we got some looks like we were creepy people stalking children, so I'm not sure if we'll do it on this trip.

I've just checked too and we also still have the 10:30-11:00 arrival time slot.

Luke will also get stuck straight into pool/aqua duck - we did this last year and ate in goofeys galley on the wonder which was great for a snack lunch.
I will be looking out for my first bahamamama!

Don't forget a towel in your carry-on and a spare change of clothes.

We're at 10:30 also. I just can't image what's going to happen with all us 10 and 10:30 people joining the people already scheduled for 11:00. That'll be a madhouse I'm afraid.

I think I've almost got the family talked into the aquaduck and poolside dining plan. DH is holding out for the buffet, we've done that 3 times. I'd like to try something different. So, if we're meeting at 2:30 and I don't get back into the room to wash and dry my hair, I will look very interesting.

Have you decided where you are staying in Cocoa Beach yet? We are staying at Country Inn and Suites....

We ate at WCC once...we liked it and our waitress was pretty good. She did all of the usual antics, but nothing too over the top. No one there was overly dramatic - I think they are more dramatic at 50's Primetime Cafe... They made Matt stand in the corner for texting at the table!

We've brought extra glow bracelets and things in the past to share too...and have even gotten strange looks with the kids there It's a shame what the world has come to where you can't even be kind without people thinking you have something up!

I think we are still going to run into Cabanas and grab food and bring it out poolside if we can.... the kids can eat that or the poolside food. I loved the welcome buffet, so I am going to try to get food from there and still let them swim/hit the duck...

We're from South Wales in the UK - we live about 20 miles outside the capital city of Cardiff.

Finished school for the summer today - the first night is so satisfying knowing that there's no work for a little while.
Just realised - this time next week we will be in WDW!

Hello everyone from steamy HOTTTT Chicago!!! We are getting a taste of that much loved Florida July weather here this week! Everyone has been complaining and we are loving it!!!

We have just finished our FE gifts for both sailings!! Now I think we need another suitcase(good thing we are flying Southwest and the first 2 bags per person are free)! Didn't realize the amount of space they will take up! We leave in 9 days for WDW, I can't wait!! Single digit countdown, finally!

We weren't assigned a check in time because we are platinum, it says arrive whenever and board whenever. so I'm guessing we will get there early, just so we can avoid some of the crowds later! My husband likes to board in the 1st or 2nd boarding group.

Kids are already talking about the clubs and what they want to do, and how they hope to meet lots of new friends. After each sailing they walk away with a few new friends each that they still keep in contact with through email/facebook. They love it!

Saturday, July 30th morning can't get here soon enough! I want some Zebra Domes!!! That will be my first stop after checking in, The Mara for some!

I sent an email to my TA asking about ck in times. Anyone at 10:30 will be bumped to 11 and 11 be bumped to 11:30 and so on. She said if you had a 10:30 time, arrive at 10:45. She was at the port on we'd. to observe and she said there were que's in the parking lot around 9:50. So I guess we will be there at 10:45.

They are amazing....Very irresistable, at least for me they are!!!

So wanted to stay at BLT for atleast one night, but decided not to split our stay and have to change rooms! We love AKL!! When do you arrive?

We arrive on Wednesday 27th July - probably quite late evening.
It's our wedding anniversary on July 29th. Jason's booked for us to do the new wild Africa trek tour at AK and we're having dinner at The California Grill.

We love AKL too. We nearly bought there but BLT won us over in the end. Having DVC is really great for us - we're looking forward to our stay at AKL though it's only for a couple of nights towards the end of our stay.

We're here!!! My mom stopped over this morning, and we were talking about the trip! The kids were starting to get excited telling her all about all of the things they wanted to do... it was nice to finally hear them start to get into it!

The heat is unbelievable here... even the dog won't go out! I told Nick last night that we should just go to FL now since it is cooler there!
