Hint # 1:
They are GREEN and they have STUFF inside.

I need to know if any of the childern on our Cruise have any peanut allergies.

SO THEY ARE STUFFED ZUCCHINI!!!!

4 Small to Medium Sized Zucchini
1 Small Onion
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 Cup Cubed Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Peanuts
1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper


Cut off the top of the zucchini and scoop out the center leaving at least a good 1/2 inch border all around. Chop the zucchini that you just removed finely. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a frying pan, cook the chopped onions, the garlic, and half the zucchini in the olive oil until tender. Remove from the heat, and add salt & pepper, cheese, tomatoes, peanuts and the chopped parsley. Stuff the zucchini, and place in a baking dish. Cook for 45 minutes or until fork tender and the filling is golden brown. Serve either warm or at room temperature

Hi Folks,

I was just on the July 1st Western Cruise and wanted to pass some info along. I received a call tonight from Disney Visa about fraudulent activity on my card. My wife called and sure enough there were some purchases today out of state that were illegal. We did not lose our cards. It appears they were duplicated illegally. The only place I used my card was in Cozumel to rent a vehicle. I am sure my information was sold elsewhere and used. I got lucky and Disney Visa did a great job catching this on the same day.

Be careful where you use your card and stay away from renting cars. You are required to put a card down if you are going to do so.

You are on vacation ... but still you need to take typical big-city precautions !!! You are Disney cruising - but off your ship there is the REAL world !!!

We will be at the Pop Century arriving August 9. August 10 is MK and Epcot for dinner. August 11 is at MGM, the family's favorite park.
We are taking it easy so we could fit in a meeting up with everyone.

Disney Visa are ALWAYS calling us about our card. Fortunately it has been (so far, touch wood) purchases that I have made, they were red flagged because of amount, or place, be it online or abroad. I had about 5 phone calls when we got back form UK. I had even told them that we were travelling, and to expect it, but that's okay. We do occasionally get declined because of a red flag, which is a major hassle, but I do see that they are trying to protect themselves.

I shall have to remember to tell them that we are on the cruise. I can't see us making any purchases on shore, but it's probably best to give them the heads up.

Stuffed Zucchini - looking at that picture makes me wonder if she is going to do some sort of hidden mickey arrangement.

We will be at Wilderness Lodge from Aug 5th til we leave for the cruise on the 12th. We are going to Discovery Cove on Aug 6th, Sea World on Aug 8th, and I will be at Daytona Speedway on Aug 11th, but otherwise the week is free. We have plans to eat at O'hana on Aug 10th and Whispering Canyon Cafe on Aug 11th. We would love to meet up with other families if it works out during the week. I will have my cell phone so if anyone wants the number let me know and I will PM or email it to you and then maybe we can get together.
