Just sent a request to join the Facebook group. I'm so glad i found this thread! This if going to be so much fun!

I'm with you, Denise :) We'll make some extras. (Although the purchased stuff I have exactly 25, so only 2 more latecomers get those! lol)

As it stands I have to re-do about 1/2 the stuff I already "crafted", as my husband assures me no one will be my friend if I give them ugly FE gifts! HA!

Lol! I don't care what your gift looks like if you don't care what mine looks like!

I'll still be your friend. :lovestruc

I am all about adding more people to the FE list. I think it'll be a blast! I am also nervous  that no one will like my gifts either. But my family assures me they are great! Looking forward to meeting everyone! :cool1:

I'm sure everyone's gifts will be great! It's the thought that counts right? :rotfl: It'll be fun to meet everyone in person.

I was waiting for total to start mine so I'm still fine if additional people want to join. I say the more the merrier!

Everyone is so nice to include us latecomers! Thank you so much! Last night when I went to bed, I had second thoughts about upsetting people when adding us to the list & was worried about offending people. Thank you all for being so nice! I have been searching the internet for FE ideas for days...I am so excited. I love doing little gifts like this. I can't wait! btw, we added our cabin numbers, and our other son's name is Joseph, he's not showing up on the list for some reason :) Can anyone fix that on the list?

Also don't want anyone to stress, if you're done with your gifts, just don't include us, it's fine...we don't mind at all, we'll be included by many & that's great with us. I don't want to stress anyone - this is supposed to be fun, not a hassle!

Where is the facebook page? what do I search for?

What shore excursions do experienced cruisers recommend?

Any hints in case anyone gets seasick (any other first time cruisers afraid of this?)

So many questions, so little time!

The bad thing about planning vacation late is not having the months to anticipate...of course the fun thing is not having a long time to wait either!

I am a first time crusier and not worried about getting seasick. We signed up for parasailing one day and the watercraft ski adventure the next day. We have never done either of them and are very exctied. Since my son is 16 he will be able to drive the jet ski.......while I am the passenger!

I was able to answer any questions I had about the cruise by going on line and using google etc. And by FB and the DIS boards.

And don't worry about FE. I have extra gifts.

Happy 4th of July!:3dglasses

I found the FB page, and requested to join. I guess that's all I have to do.

The more the merry on the FE exchange....My wife was nervous about being sea sick on on first cruise a few years back. She had the sea bands, but never needed them. The only time we knew the ship was moving was looking at the curtains before the of the the shows. It's amazing how the stabilize the ship. As for excursions we going to do the beach days at castway key and rent the tubes and snorkel stuff

Fixed it! Excited to see more young ones - my two will love all the playmates!

This will be our 5-year-old's 5th cruise. We skip excursions a lot of times. There's stuff to do with young kids, but a lot of times the things we'd really enjoy are more suited to older children. In Nassau we may get off the boat for a little bit and walk around, but our plan is to stay on the ship most of the time. It's WONDERFUL to have the ship quiet and (relatively) empty in port - less crowded pools and slides! Last Disney cruise we didn't go in the pool or on the slide a SINGLE time at sea - only on port days. It's not enjoyable to me to fight for a chair or have to watch my kids every move to make sure they're not in danger when there's a thousand people in the pool.

One of the BEST parts about Castaway Cay is you don't HAVE to book an excursion if nothing excites you. We may or may not - still haven't decided. Last visit to Castaway Cay we didn't book anything and had a WONDERFUL day - definitely the best part of the 7 day cruise! You can have a relaxing and fun day at the beach with all the food & drink you can handle, and not spend a dime.

Hey everyone! Just checking in. It's been quiet the last couple days. I made my fish extender on the fourth and now i need to decorate it. I'm searching all over the place for some good ideas for gifts and I'm getting excited!

Hope everyone had a good holiday and i can't wait to meet you all!

There is actually a list of 21 cabins (I pasted a link below) and the gift exchange is between all cabins/people. You can check the sticky threads/FAQs under the Cruise forum here for more information on the gift exchange!
