For those of you who have never done an FE exchange here are the basics:

1. We will be having ten families in each group. That way it keeps the cost down. Right now we only have one group but if more join, I will make another group.

2. The rules are simple, 1 gift per stateroom delivered sometime during the cruise. (This is where the fish extender comes in. The gifts are placed in the pockets of the fish extender). Here is a good link for fish extenders.

There is no dollar limit set, you chose the dollar amount you are comfortable with. Extra gifts are all optional. (For example I plan to give each cabin a family gift, each adult a gift, and the kids will get several gifts). I tend to go a little crazy. Some people like to give a gift from where they are from. I plan to give a small little something from TEXAS!

3. Be sure to add your DISname to the gift somewhere so participants know who it is from.

4. The FE is usually closed about 30 days prior to sailing to give everyone enough time to finish their gifts.

I've updated this list with those that expressed interest/or confirmed. It looks like we have 3 cabins so far. 6 Adults and 5 kiddos/young adults (11 people!). I know there has to be more that want to join.

Fish Extenders really add to the special magic of a Disney Cruise. The only rule is that every cabin who is signed up must exchange something with every other cabin that is signed up. There are no special dates you have to deliver, no amount you need to spend. Some people will choose to do one gift per cabin, some will do gifts for individuals, some will do gifts for both. That's totally your choice. Just enjoy!

Hello! We are doing our first ever Disney Cruise on August 3rd. I would love to participate in the fish extender. I will be traveling with my mom and 2 boys.

No one in the family has allergies and we will all be doing pirate night.

Linda - Kid at heart. Likes pretty much anything and is just excited to be going on a trip.
Julie - BIG Disney Dork (I even got married at Disney's Yacht Club).
Mike - 11 year old boy. Enjoys all things related to food and snacks. Favorite character is Goofy.
Tyler - 7 year old boy. Thinks he will be a pirate when he grows up...

Only 63 days until we set sail on our magical cruise. You only have 33 more days to join. We will stop accepting families for our FE Group on July 5th so that everyone can get their magical gifts all together. This will be our FIRST time going on a Disney Cruise and it is a complete surprise for my son who will be turning 13. This is his birthday present and I can't wait.

I would like to join in the Fish Extenders Exchange. Here's our information:
