I am now totally worried that we are going to fry if we go at the end of August. But is the end of September that much cooler?

Does anyone know where I can find a weather chart or something showing temperatures the last couple of years during August and Sept?

I come from Canada and am not use to high heat!!!

I don't want to be soooo hot that we can't enjoy ourselves. Now am thinking we should wait until the end of Sept.

Whattaya think?

Personally I will never go again between May 1 and Oct 15. I went last year on sept 20ish, and it was over 90degrees every day. It really took a lot away from my vacation because I was so hot/uncomfortable all day. My sweet spot for going is mid-late november, and feb (not during spring break week).

January 71 to 49 2.3
February 73 to 50
March 78 to 55
April 83 to 59
May 88 to 66
June 91 to 72
July 92 to 73
August 92 to 73
September 90 to 72
October 85 to 65
November 79 to 58
December 73 to 51

there is no difference in the heat but there may be some in the crowds - Sept tends to be lighter in crowds which may help IN the heat...

Suzanne74 is right. Not a difference at all in weather and slight difference in crowds as school is back in session. I've been in Sept 2x and it was very hot, which I like. However, it was still busy.

It has historical weather information that you can break down by day, week month etc. then check from year to year.

I am going the last week of Sept and we being true Northern Yankee's are gonna fry............ :rotfl: yes the smiley is red because fo the heat :sunny:

Well, we already live in S. Florida so we are a bit use to the heat.

We went the last week of Sept. last year, and LOVED it. The longest we waited for any ride was approx. 5-15 minutes (most falling in the 5-10 minute range), with the exception of Dumbo about a 20 minute wait. This will be the time we will try to make all future trips.

The trip before that was in March during son's spring break, I swore I would never go again during this time frame.

I'll take the heat ( but to us we never got wiped out due to heat). We just drank lots of water and rested in the shade should we need a little break.

We hit every ride and attraction in each park, and still had plenty of hours left in the afternoon to hit other parks (we didn't-but easily could had) or such. And some rides we took turns staying with DS10, if it was a ride he didn't want to go on, while the other members of my party would ride. We took our extra hours to enjoy the pool at the resort or hit DTD.

THanks, will check it out!!
That was a good link. It showed that between Aug 23-Sept 23, there is only going to be a temp. difference of 4-5 degrees.
And it showed it to be in celcius and farenheit, which is good for me to see, because as a Canadian I don't understand what 88 degrees means!! :rotfl: (it is 31 :teeth: )
