Yep! I asked for Kilimanjaro Safaris, Great Movie Ride, or Jungle Cruise and I got Kilimanjaro Safaris.

When working on attractions, do they usually start you on a more minor attraction if you've never worked in attractions before? For instance - If I requested something like Tower of Terror or Dinosaur would it be likely that I would get it or would they start me at one of the Fantasyland dark rides or something similar to get my feet wet?

Nope! They will start you wherever they need you. I have never had a job before and was tossed into the Jungle Cruise mix. :] They give you training days to get accustomed to the attraction, of course. JC had 5 days worth of training.

I worked @ Snow white,tea cups,Pooh,Meet Ariel,Dumbo for mine. I HATED Dumbo. I heard Space mt is a biotch because it breaks down a lot & they used to get spit on sometimes!!!!! GL
