The attraction show times are set, but they could vary depending upon park hours. I think they are listed under each park in park hours on the website. Touring Plans.com lists them too, I think. Not sure about the railroad, but I don't think it has a set timetable. It could take longer to load/offload at one stop, so it would be hard to set the time.

The railroad just keeps circling the park, making stops at (if I remember correctly) Frontierland, Fantasyland, and the train station on Main Street. Kind of hard to have a timetable for that.

The train is hard to tell I think it stops about every 10 minutes but like the PP said it depends on how long it takes people to get on and off
