We are heading to Epcot and Animal Kingdom in June. We have never been to either of these parks. We have two sons who will be 10 and 7 when we go. I been researching the attractions and made short lists of the "can't miss" ones at each. For those of you who are regulars, how do the lists look? Am I missing anything big? Our kids do not like super scary rides or fast rollercoasters.

Animal Kingdom-
Kiimanjaro Safaris
Kali River Rapids
Flights of Wonder show
Dino Sue exhibit
Dinosaur (too scary?)
Lion King show (may not do because of shows on cruise)
eating lunch at Rainforest Cafe

Epcot-
Spaceship Earth
Seas aquarium exhibit
Soarin'
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Maelstrom
Chinese acrobats
Tomb warriors exhibit (do they still have this?)
China or Canada 360 degree movie
American Adventure exhibit
walk around the other pavillions
eating dinner at Le Celliere

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What about:
AK--It's a Bug's Life (my ds7 loved it!)
Pangani Forest Trail
Maharajah Jungle Trek

When we went and ds was 7 y.o. he loved these attractions!!
We also did, Honey I shrunk the audience at Epcot!:thumbsup2
Have fun!

At Epcot I would consider adding Test Track and Mission Space. TT isn't really that fast nor is it scary, My DS 7 loved it and we rode it many times even using the singles line so he could get on it more and MS now has the non-spinning side and it is a great ride especially for boys.

At AK take a look at EE it isn't that scary of a roller coaster actually rather tame by today's standards but a great ride! This was also a hit with my DS who was 7 also a hit with my DH who usually is a wimp on rides.

Both look great to me... seems like you've hit everything. However, I will let you know that the food at RFC is fairly mediocre and there are far better restaurants to eat at. We did RFC last time, said 'Ok, once was enough' and chose to make an ADR at O'hana this time.

Maybe research some other restaurants just to see if you may be interested.

Dinosaur can be scary for kids and even adults, though we enjoy it. But try and walk Pangani and the trail in Asia. You can take your time and watch the animals as you please.

I have read on other threads something about It's a Bug's Life "hurting?" Something about "sitting forward in your chair?" What is this all about? Thanks!!!
