I know there apps for Disney Wait Times but I'm wondering if while you are in the parks there is free wireless internet service available.

Yes, Disney has free wireless internet in the parks. It can be spotty and depending on how busy it is very slow. Sometimes it was fast and easy, others very frustrating.

The other option is to pay for a data plan for the time you are there. It is relatively inexpensive. I think it was $20 for the week when I was there and that was for 10GB of data. I made my cell a personal hot spot and the family connected that way. Fast and easy internet access without a high $$ expense.
