Attraction Tickets question

I purchased 12 adult tickets from Atrractiontickets.com I was only given one Disney reservation # for all 12. Is this correct? Some adults in our party do not have an active DME account. Can I link some and pick up others at the ticket will call window?

Tickets are all digital now. Every guest needs to have either their own MDE account or a profile managed by another MDE account. The ticket is then linked to their profile. They can still pick up a hard plastic ticket to use at the park, it will also get linked to their profile.

And if you have any difficulty linking the tickets through your US based MDE account, log into the UK version and do it there. I had to do that one year.
