I'm sure this has been addressed, but I don't want to have to wade through the countless topics about MYW to look for the answer. My wife brought up a good point last night while we were discussing what tickets we needed to purchase & I just knew someone here would have the answer.
We will be on property for 7 total days. Day 1 will not be spent in the parks. Day 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7 will be in Disney parks, while day 5 will be spent @ USF/USIOA. I thought we only needed a 5-day with the park hop option added (because we will jump around), but with day 5 being spent somewhere other than a Disney park, will I need to add the "never expire" option?
If that's the case, I really don't see how it actually saves money like Disney claims it does. I could have got the old 5-day park hopper passes that never expired online through Disney for $230.00 each. The 5-day MYW with park hopping added was quoted as $235.37 each by CRO last night. Adding the "never expire" option will raise it even more.
Don't get me wrong, I'm in no way complaining, I just need to know what tickets I need to buy.
Also, since there's no benefit (discount) by ordering them online, is there any reason I shouldn't just wait & buy these passes during check-in @ my resort?
Thanks for the help guys.
