This may have already been posted, but there are new tickets available called the 14-Day Ultimate Ticket and 21-Day Ultimate Ticket that are almost identical to the World Pass and FITS tickets except they don't offer the character breakfast. They are also intended for the UK market but can be purchased in the US. I know Discout Orlando Vacation has them...not sure if Ticketmania does. Here's a description and link:

Thanks for posting this info...it looks like the 10 day MYW ticket will still be the best deal for us though...we can get what we want for almost $100 less per ticket, though that doesn't include the "plusses". We're still on the fence as to whether or not we'll even do a water park. But it's nice to know what other ticket options are available!

They expire 14-days after first use. They would only be a benefit to someone planning on spending a couple of weeks in the Orlando area during one visit.

i have 3 adult FITS tickets that i want to get rid of to get DVC Ap's and DDE.
I think they run similar to 7-10 MYW tickets in price and include DQ.
I'm even thinking of just getting rid of 1, buying 1 AP and DDE. too many choices!
how much are the 10 and 14 passes you've heard of?

Generally you should not get rid of a pass unless you can get at least $35. per day of trade up value out of it. And trade only to 10 or 7 day MYW passes. Even $35. is far from the best bang for the buck, this strategy takes into account the convenience of less dresser drawer clutter.

Not everyone's present and foreseeable vacation plans will allow maximum bang for the buck out of old passes. If you have a long running expiring pass with hopping and unlimited visits to water parks, Disney Quest, etc. try to save it for a long future vacation.

But using up an old pass and also buying a new short pass to complete the vacation is generally much worse.

i don't think wdw will let me trade my fits for ap since they didn't sell them. i'm hoping someone will want it privately. even if only 1 i can get the ap and dde. i only want what i paid for it!

I inquired about exchanging my FITS pass for an AP last Jan. I was told it could be exchanged for a PAP only. They said if i could provide a reciept they would put the full amount towards a PAP. I debated weather or not to do it and ultimatly didn't. We will be back at WDW soon and again with FITS passes. Did you try selling them on ebay?

Some people have sucessfully purchased a DDE card w/o an AP. Keep calling.

No Carrie, but see the first post in this thread. The pass that is described there is very similar and may suit your needs.

Thanks BethR! I saw the first post but it is more expensive and I like the breakfast vouchers! I just saw a previous post on this thread that kind of sounded like they were still buying them. I thought may be I was mistaken! I think the MYW tickets are pretty close in price if not better...or even a AP if the FITS are not sold anymore.
