I'd like to subscribe and jump in here too. Grimley we're in Lexington and making the journey same as you. 10/4 (leaving late and driving all night) through 10/13.

Keep in mind what was noted earlier about the slowdowns on I-75 in extreme southern Kentucky, and at the Jellico Mountain area (there always seems to be something wrong there) at the KY-TN border. Hopefully traffic will be light enough that it's not a bother, but it pays to know about it beforehand. They don't affect me, fortunately, since I don't get on I-75 until I'm already in TN, but they could anyone traveling from further north in KY along I-75.
