Attire for steakhouse 55

My girlfriends & I will be celebrating our friends' 40th birthday with a mommies only day. We will be in the parks all day & it's supposed to be HOT!

We are having dinner at Steakhouse 55 & it's the 1st time for all five of us! Are we going to be out of place wearing jeans/shorts/tshirts?

You won't be out of place. But, you might feel better if you had a chance to change into something like a sundress beforehand.

Attire is "Disney casual" so jeans and t-shirts will be perfectly fine, but no beach wear. Preferably no shorts or flip flops as this can be considered "beach wear." Then again, if you are wearing these, I don't think they will kick you out.

The only on-site Disney restaurant with a dress code is Club 33.

I wore shorts & a t-shirt there on Tinkerbell weekend this year for breakfast and didn't feel out of place.

You won't feel out of place in jeans and a tee. I do generally switch to a polo shirt. Here are a few pics from our dinner Thurs night.

OP here! My girlfriends and I had a great time. It was a very hot day! We brought extra sets of clothes w/shoes & placed them in a locker. When it was time for dinner, we changed in the DLH lobby restroom and here is the result!

I'm the one on the far right! I arranged to have princess crowns for us to wear the entire day & night! I'm wearing body jewelry (everyone else's had already fallen off by that time).

Same question here! We are going to do the chef's table for our visit and I have no desire to pack dress up clothes. Will it be okay?

Yes it will be fine. People wear shorts and flip flops there all the time.

We wear nice clothes to Napa Rose. I would personally feel very underdressed wearing the sweaty t-shirt and flip-flops I'd been slogging through the parks in all day.

We usually wear designer jeans and nice shirts to Napa Rose. I've never worn a suit. I've seen everything from semi formal to shorts and sweatshirts.
