I was coming over here to warn everyone. There are people in VMK right now trying to trade it as beta. It isn't beta any longer and has a value of any other buyable.

I believe in full disclosure whenever "rare" items are being re-released.
I really hated reading about players who traded their good stuff not knowing

I was in my Beta trade room for just a few minutes taking out the stuff that is on sale. In that time THREE people came in and tried to trade the blue stuff to me. When I said that it was for sale and it was dishonest to trade it as beta, they left in a hurry.

Sad that people were trying that and you know a few people are going to be scammed.

My daughter was playing her character last night after I helped her to get some ice blocks

and some girl kept asking her to trade the cowboy pants her character was wearing- and saying she had rare-

now mind you dd's character's signature reads something about being too little and no trades or friend requests

So I took over the keyboard and asked what she had= she kept trying to get her to leave with her and I kept saying no- getting credits now- just tell me what you are offering-

and finally she says she is trading magic shoes- that they are brand new and she just got them from a tester-

well it took me all of two seconds to click report on this girl- and I summarized what was being said in the report (As best I could) and also said that I was a mummy of the character who took over to make report

girl disappeared- not sure if she clicked out of room because I said she as trying to cheat or if she got some assistance to leave from the big white glove...

Ok- back to the topic now lol

it does get kinda annoying that ppl said to me when i was in HM hey i have blue beta for trade tell me your offers, and me and all my friends were saying they're buyable
then the people called me and my friends "bad words" so i reported them and it got taken care of

I keep seeing guests saying that they have beta for trade. All night I have seen it over and over.

Now how does a new player know about beta? They don't it's a regular player using a mule to try to scam someone.

What is funny is I am a known beta collector and I have had more than a dozen people put up the blue stuff in a trade window telling me it's beta. Like do they really think that I didn't notice that it came back out. Unbelieveable that people can act like that.

Please be careful you all.

Here's An Idea To Prevent People Scamming:

Go Into The Rooms With Trading Blue Beta As The Name Or That Kinda Thing, Then Say,

"no on trade with blahblahblah!the so title blue beta is in stores right now!"

Then Report The Owner.

Talk Help: I Had To Use "on" Because You Can't Say "One" In VMK.

"blahblahblah" Is The Owner Of The Room

"title" Means Called
