Attempting ADRs for the first time tomorrow

Okay, I decided to do our ADRs myself and now I'm scared :lol: A couple of logistical questions:

*I was playing around on the online reservation system and they want the reservation # to book through our dining plan. Anyway, we are a grand gathering of 11 so do I use the grand gathering number or do I have to use the room reservation number? I'm just concerned about trying to book for 11 with room #s b/c obviously we aren't all in the same room. How would that work?

*Does anyone know if the online system will break us up if needed (2 tables or whatever) or will it just say no reservations available for a party of that size? I'm a little nervous about that

*For a group this big do you think I'm better off to just call, or is it still worth a shot to try online?

I don't even know what my other questions are. If you have any tips I'm open and appreciative!

For a party of 10 or more you need to call the Grand Gathering phone line.

Even though sometimes you can do it online, it is best to call. You can get seperated if not or the system may hiccup.

Grand Gatherings were designed to make larger parties more easy to be dealt with. You are better off going that way.

hmmm, good to know. I was able to make reservations for each night online with no problem (in terms of group size) but it did say we may be split up. I guess I'll call the grand gathering number to see if I should do something different
