Are there ATM machines in the parks? I would assume so, but you never know. Does anyone know what the fees run per transaction? I'm guessing $3-5 each time. Also, a bit obscure, but can you withdrawn from savings and checking or just checking? Any help is appreciated.

There are. The one I've used is behind 3 Broomsticks and themed for Gringotts. Not sure what bank it was.
