Atlantis?

I am taking my family to Atlantis to see the resort, and they are wantingt ot tour the aquariums and dig area. Do you just buy the tickets in the lobby area?

You can't buy tickets to these at Atlantis, they are free to guests of the hotel only. You can purchase a room , or a room at the Quality Suites and receive full access to Atlantis, including all 11 (or is it 13?) water slides. My family of 4 got a room at the Quality Suites for $120, I figured it was worth it--it came out to only $30 admission each and we would have paid that. We used the room to store our gear and shower off and change before heading back to the ship (it was nice to have a full size shower and room to get ready in).

That's not entirely true - it depends on what you want to do at Atlantis. If you only want to tour the aquarium and "The Dig", you can buy tickets on the lower level of the main lobby (the entrance out to The Dig) and they will give you a wrist-band. I believe the cost was around $27 or $28 per adult (less per child). You cannot use any of the pools or waterslides without purchasing a room there or at the Quality Inn etc. My family and I just did the tour without purchasing a room or swimming.
