do you get very wet on atlantis. during cooler times is it best to save it till later in day or do you suggest still doing it first thing in morning

Hi...

From my experience and what I have seen...at journey to Atlantis the rider will get wet...there has been times that I got a from a little wet to completely soaked.

If you are visiting in the winter months and the temp is in the 60s or 70s, I personally would not do the ride...but I have seen folks doing it though.

Yes, You will get wet. If the ride doesn't get you, the guest controlled cannons at the bottom of the hill will get you.

My wife and kids had to get replacement clothing at the park (you're welcome, SeaWorld!) because they got so soaked.

And it wasn't after the big drop. After the drop, IIRC we were going around a little turn and there was a tiny little drop. Tsunami over the front.

Yes, you will get DRENCHED (especially from the waist down) if you sit in the front row due to the small drop after the big drop on Journey to Atlantis.

If I recall correctly, my wallet was so drenched that I had to peel the dollars bills one by one.
