Atlantis v. Baha Mar Waterparks?

I will be cruising with 4 older teens- young adults (ages 17-21) and am trying to decide between Atlantis and Baha Mar waterparks for our Nassau day. Let me know if you have done either or both and the pros and cons? I have seen many people opine about Nassau being a port to skip. And a few people discussing Atlantis generally, but I am wondering if anyone has any comparisons to offer? Thanks!
