Atlantis Sub - Grand Cayman or Cozumel?

Which is the better place to do the Atlantis Submarine excursion. Grand Cayman or Cozumel?

Or perhaps, which has the best "just bumming around" beach since that's what we'll be doing at the other one.

I've done the grand cayman sub and my sister did cozumel.she definitly saw more stuff than I did,or at least she claims to have.both islands are good just to hang out at.

7 mile beach on GC is supposed to be beautiful and you are on Cozumel longer to do other things, so you may want to do it at Cozumel.
