Atlantis Shuttle

What is the earliest you can get on the shuttle to Atlantis?

What is the earliest shuttle back to the ship?

This would be the disney sponsored excursion - Discover Atlantis (2-5 hours)

Also is it worth the money and can you bring a 2 1/2 year old with you?

We did not take the Disney Excursion, but we went on our own to Atlantis. we took a cab and went to the aquarium. We were done in about 3 hours.

Even by going on our own, it was a walk to get see the grounds.

Not knowing how your 2 1/2 year old handles walks and tours I would say your are better off going on your own with the cab and getting back to the ship when we are done.

BTW, we went after breakfast and was back on the ship for lunch and spent the afternoon relaxing on the ship and watching a movie.

Other may have different thoughts on this.
