Atlantis Fees?

Anyone know what the fees for atlantis are:

Mandatory taxes, mandatory housekeeping gratuities and utility service fees.

Travelzoo has a special and I am wondering about what the actual cost is. (available for residents of only 3 states, between now and November I think if you book by Aug 31...$149 per night).

I don't recall what the hotel tax rate is but I'm pretty sure the housekeeping and energy fees are $10 pp (that's what they are at Comfort Suites anyway so I'm assuming Atlantis would be about the same).

For our cruise I called Atlantis and was given a rate of $245 but was told that with taxes and housekeeping it will be $300...so for us it will cost $55. We are a family of 4
