I haven't started the diet yet; I've just about finished reading the book and plan to start in the next few days...my question is what are you guys the are doing the diet doing as far as the vitamin issue goes? What are you taking? Are you just taking a good, all around one a day? Are you mixing individual vitaman tablets? Dr. Atkins list alot of different vitamin/nutrients in the book...I need a little advice...thanks in advance
