It was awful! We were down for my sister's wedding from Dec 2-7. Because it was a last minute change from Key West, we had no adrs. The first night Shutters had the only availablilty on property and it wasn't until 9:30. We waited and waited and waited both at the table and in the lobby. The menus came and I was surprised at the lack of selection on the menu. Three of us in our party ordered the Tuna and two of the three had to send it back it was so overcooked and flavorless. The soup had no flavor, and the drinks took forever to come to the table. I'm not talking about cocktails, I mean water!
We found it to be very busy overall. After that first night, we called around for adrs for the rest of the week and couldn't get anything before 8. Some nights I'd call at the last minute just to see if it was actually busy or people weren't showing up and they'd tell us not to even bother coming in.
We did love Whispering Canyon and Sandwich of Earl (ate there twice). Pepper Mill was fine.
