We signed a contract last June to have a pool put in....it is still not finished. We have had tons of issues - a main holdup was the delivery and making of the pavers. They have also shorted our deck by 1 foot on each side!
I did look on the Better Business Bureau site and this company has had quite few complaints.
I would definitely not recommend them and considering we are spending almost $50,000 with this company I expect returned phone calls and answered questions.
But at what point should I contact the BBB? Now while the pool is not finished or when they actually get through with it? I would like to think they are ethical but I don't want them to do a botched job because we complained.
What would you do?
