We arrived at VB on Saturday. This is our first time down, and the resort is gorgeous. We are in a 1BR on the second floor( Bldg 15 Rm 1527) We have a direct ocean view from our living area and balcony. We booked this 4 day stay at the 7 month window. We requeated 3rd floor, direct ocean view, non-smoking. I am very glad we added pts (110) at VB to get the 11 month window.
The nicest advantages of this resort is everyyting is within a 5 min max walk,(restraunts,ocean,main pool,putt putt,etc) no matter where you are staying. The Resort restraunts are very convenient(Shutters, Sonyas). The beach cottages(6 of them) are all occupied for this week. There isn't even an oppurtunity to view them. The ocean view is beautiful. We drove up to the Kennedy Space Center (1 hr drive) on Monday.We are going up to OKW for the next 3 days.Went to the Mall and it is only 15 minutes away, with a Movie Theater of 24 screens.Restraunts are only 10-15 minutes away from the VB resort.
Also found out you can use a Computer(with internet access) at the VB Inn Bldg(1 hr for $10), so that is why I am posting this and getting caught up with e-mails so I won't have 200 when I get home on Saturday.
The weather has been around 85 and not to humid, there is a nice breeze from the ocean. It has rained 2 of the 4 days so far, but only for 20-30 minutes at a time, then the sun is back out.
I will give more details when I get back home.But I think we may be adding a few more pts at VB!!!!!!!
