I hadn’t planned to come today because of the Choc Walk. But the lines to get into M&F and security weren’t bad at all. Certainly they were way better than I expected.

Crowds are relatively light now. I’m glad that I came. About to head over to Buzz in a moment. Pics and a more complete report this evening. Just finished a nice cup of tea on Main Street (in the shade) :-).

Great we are there for a week this coming Wednesday

It’s busy enough that I just got a twitter notification that Mickey and friends is full.
I’m really curious as to how the structure gets so full, but when you check the times on the app, it looks fine. Yesterday it didn’t look bad on the app but M&F was closed from the afternoon until like 5, then it reopened, then closed, then opened again at 8 o_O...maybe I’m missing something

The parks weren’t very busy when we left at 1, although the ticket booth lines were horrendous. I suspect that using the structure for the CHOC Walk this morning factored into it closing - probably it’s hard to re-fill efficiently? Also, APs bring such a higher percentage of cars to guest ratio...

Still 2 hour wait times for cars, incredicoaster is down, 80min for Tower and 45 for goofy flyers.

It is very busy.

Yup. The scene(s) at the ticket booths were a mess this morning (and later today?). I believe that's largely because Choc Walk participants were allowed to buy deeply-discounted park tix after the walk ($105 for the one-day park hopper, I believe). Here's a pic from the ticket booth lines taken at around 9:00 this morning:

wow I've never seen the line that long :crazy2:

Yes, the lines were for CHOC walk participants to purchase discounted tickets. Each CHOC walk wristband holder could purchase up to 5 super cheap tickets- $61 for 1 day/1park and $87 for 1 day hopper. These tickets have to be used by the end of Sept and were valid yesterday but are otherwise not valid on weekend days.

DL wasn't busy at all. DCA, on the other hand, was quite busy. I think people were taking advantage of their super cheap CHOC walk tix to see Pixar Pier. I believe it was also the first weekend day SoCal passholders were able to get in since June and see Pixar Pier etc.
