At the campgrounds...

Right now? Empty.

Usually, they are very clean. Some of the cleanest we have ever experienced. I can attest for the men's side.

I believe 5 showers on our side. Closed door leading to a 4x4 changing room and a curtain separating the shower.

Never a bad experience for me.

Exactly what I was going to say, CLOSED, but on the serious side, yes, cleanest we have seen in many campgrounds, DW and I usually shower in the camper so can't attest to that.
Yes, cleanest and nicest looking I have ever seen. I shower at the comfort stations for the unlimited hot water and good water pressure.

No clue. I use the one in my RV.

Seriously though, I mostly use my RV, but the times I have been in the Fort comfort stations, they are AMAZING!

I have camped a lot of places and have not found anything nicer.

Might sound a little strange, but one of the few comfort stations I would take pictures of, providing no one around, very nice and super clean

They are air-conditioned which works nicely to finish air drying after a shower unless many people are also showering.

The women’s handicap bathroom stall gets disgusting quickly because so many use it to change their kids...dirty diapers left on the toilet rails and toilet paper seat coverings strewn on the floor, sand, dropped sticky food. It only gets cleaned around once a day. Not really a big problem unless you are disabled.

The showers can be very crowded at times, toilet stalls and sinks not so much. Kind of annoying when couples are having sex in the only handicap shower stall or they send all three kids in there to shower.

Definitely better than the majority of other campground bathrooms but not perfect either.

Cleaning of the comfort stations had been outsourced a couple years back and it was a noticeable decline to us. Hoping to find out in February 2021 if they have improved.

Ditto for our experience. In the past, the Fort's bathrooms have been THE best I've ever seen in a campground. Our last several visits have been less than impressive, with my s/o having to report twice that a bathroom stall door was falling off (don't recall the issue). After the second phone call (over several days) they did repair it.

I've had recent experiences where hair, empty bottles, hair bands etc. were left in the shower stalls over a period of days.

In loop 2000 (Spanish Moss Lane), there has been an electrical outlet that needs repairing and has been like that for literally years. AND I keep forgetting to mention that to the cast members, so that's kinda/sorta on me.

I do know that not all of the loops have been obviously neglected; the preferred loops we've stayed at were ok, but the heavier usage loop 2000 was most certainly not up to Disney's past standards.

Again, the issues weren't as bad as some KOA's I've stayed at by a long shot--just glaringly noticeable due to the utter perfection the bathroooms were before Disney outsourced the cleaning crew.
