Our Beef Tenderloin “Palo”
Topped with melted Gorgonzola Cheese or Palo signature Barolo Red Wine Sauce

Yes, they have a beef tenderloin steak (the "Palo"), which is fantastic. I don't remember if they had others on the menu.

We were on the Dream in 2012 and dined at Palo diner and the fillet was average at best and then we did Palo in 2012 ( excellent),2013( just OK) 2014( Feb) on the Fantasy and the fillet was bland and tough. I do remember having a good fillet in previous years on the Magic but it seems to me that the quality of the meat has gone down hill in the last 5 years.

I've found the steaks on DCL in any restaurant a bit less than stellar. IMHO though, if you're going to Palo, go with your servers recommendations. Tell them what you like/dislike and try a few new things. Order one each of an appy, an entree, and a desert and then get one of each of an appy, and entree, and desert to share. I went with the lamb chops and it was the best I have had. DW went with the tuna, as suggested by the server and she was amazed.
