Anyone else encountering this error whenever you try to list the names of your travel party?

Do two of the guests in the travel party have the same name? Like a father/son combo (without using Sr/Jr or numbers)? Are you listing yourself twice (as lead name and as one of the party)

I've never encountered this, but, then, no duplicate names in our group.
