Yep, it's a me day..because most of it took less than 5 minutes to do..and if it gets done..it gets done.. if it doesn't.. it doesn't...

Off to make the dinner menu for the next 2 weeks...
Need to grab the calendar too to check on sports schedules..

I don't have many choices w/ the picky ones I own... I still need 2 meals..

Turkey manhattans (mac-n-cheese for picky)

than Fri. 10/3 is shopping day so a new list needs to be made..

El Paso makes a really yummy taco bake, the kids like that. It's like a taco lasagna.

Make your own pizza night

Smothered pork chops and mashed. It has onions, peppers and tomatoes in it.

Shake and Bake pork

Lemon Herb chicken, lima beans, rice (I do a whole chicken and use the left overs for chicken salad)

beef tips and egg noodles

I know how you feel Jenny.. same here!!! Sometimes I just make for myself...and than make them a different meal..than I rave about how awesome my dinner is!!!

DH doesn't like stuffed peppers so when I want them- he just gets filling for dinner not in the pepper- it is actually just the pepper he dislikes.

I love stuffed peppers I can't serve them here, because no one else likes them either!

Best ones I EVER had were from the food sale at a senior center...O M G they were to die for, and I got all 4 for me (over a few meals mind you)...I was all "MMMmmmmm...these are so good" and "YUMMMMMMMMM"...

DH and DSs weren't having any of it

Dh loves stuffed peppers but he won't get it in this house. I can't stand peppers in food. Now I know where to send him when he wants some stuffed peppers.

I stuffed peppers & tomatoes. Unfortunately my boys hate peppers with a passion. Can't do stir fry or fajitas either with peppers.
