Argh! I hate it when people think that being a SAHM is easy... Sorry about that! Good thing we know the truth!

So for today...since yesterday was insane...

1. Work...all day...sigh...
2. Mail thank you...DONE!
3. Laundry...as always...
4. Call to confirm the floor...
5. Go into work for a meeting...
6. Cub Scouts open house...do I know where DS's uniform is?? ...

Ok, Ashley, I need directions!!! OMG! I would have lit him up one side and down another!!!! My parents tried to tell me that "I didn't have a real job".. Ok, let me list everything I do in a day... and lets see if you can handle this "NOT A JOB".

The list was 4 pages long, every little detail (worse than my "at least 3 things list) I even included potty breaks which a rare! OMG!

DH tried that not long ago too..and I found this website for him... offer this to your BIL! You should actually be making more money then him!!

ETA: My brother, my parents nor none of DH's parents say a word to me know about it.. I don't hesitate to offer them a day in my life.. they'd never make it.. DH when he works from home says I exhaust him! Well, if I don't do it; who is????

BTW, if you want to utilize some of DH's frequent flyer miles to the moon; his room has an opening for the rest of the week so your BIL is more than welcome to it! NASA doesn't mind extra eyes up there!!

Well there is good news, he called to apologize. No one said anything to him about me being mad, he figured it out on his own. He said that he was kidding but realized that it might not have felt that way to me. He said that he is envious of me because I get to stay home with my kids and he knows that he will never be able to do that. Yep, he has said before if he could be a stay-at-home dad he would do it in a heart beat. So I feel better now.

We were up late this morning and out the door in less than 20 minutes so no time to post!!

Ashley - I am glad BIL apologized.

Today:

Target run for milk, pet food and not spend $100 on Other things! done - only spent $32!!
Mail TY card to mom
Print out and take in school site council ballot - voting for myself!! done
DIS done
Bring trash cans up from curb done
Print school newsletter and add items to Palm Pilot calendar next
Get pet food into storage containers
Soccer practice at 6:30
Dinner?? I think baked ziti -
PU a few toys spread from the family room to the kitchen
Pay a few bills after dinner

An enlightened male? Hmmmmm...could this be a joke? Really though, good that he realized on his own, there is hope for him.

I remember my DH telling my mom (i really miss her!) that he would love being Mr Mom. Honestly, he really is so much better than I am at housework. He and my mom...born organized, and really never understood the blonde in their life...creative? right brained? They just didn't get me, and DH has finally given up...but he is my biggest fan when it comes to a creative project...

And I agree. These are the bestest friends ever! Thanks you all for being there...
