Wow, that weekend went fast!!!

Welcome to Monday. It's another short week.

Kids are off...

Today I have to:

Pack boxes for returns...Amazon, Kohl's, Cabela's done

PO done

Bankdone

Best Buy w/DS16...returns, speakers for his new puter, to blow DS20's room up...nice that they play so well together Talked him out of speakers...he got a new game instead

Dinner leftovers

I'm feeling really bad. Sick to my stomach and way too many trip to the bathroom. Sorry about the TMI. But I'm probably going to be spending the next hours with my "special" bucket friend.

Makes really glad I didn't go shopping. I would hate to think I was spreading this thing around.
Just warned DH he may want to stay at his Mom's a little while longer.
I've been practicing the 30 second hand washing since before Christmas, so hopefully I've kept the germ contained.

That 30 sec rule is what they push at the hosp...they say to sing your abc's and wash till it's finished...

Pepto helped me so much last week! Couldn't have made it without it!

I sing two rounds of "Happy Birthday to me". My Little Bit has been singing "Rudolph". His hands are very clean when he is done.

I can't do pepto for this. I can for indigestion, but the smell of it will make me hurl when I'm already nauseous.

Finish taking down Christmas decorations

Work on swaps

OOHHH So sorry to hear this. i hate the special bucket. the last time he was out dh came home and said "why's he out?" meaning the bucket. so i guess ours is a boy!!!!! although it's pink???

did you know that pepto turns your tongue black?????
i do because it happened to me!!!! and i was like what the heck is this??? i read the back of the bottle and sure enough, side effect...black tongue!

5.return vera bag sometime today. i want the same print just a little bigger
6.deposit $ into c.u. so i can pay the mgt pymt. last one for this year! one more year down.
7.load of laundry
8.straighten hair. **

**-funny story here. dh bought me a flat iron for christmas so i can have the ooh la la hair do and i plugged it in and the thing started smoking and smellin' oh goodness! we returned it and i got a new one. ok i want to straighten my hair not burn my house down!!**

this should be enough to get me rollin'!

Good morning, everyone!! I have 4 more days off, counting today, so I told DH that I was not going to do the regular house cleaning this week! I'm just going to enjoy the time with DS and scrap/work on swaps when he sleeps!! I know I'll pay for this plan next week when the house is filthy, but I'll enjoy it now!!

believen--18!! What an awesome birthday!!
Holly--which Vera pattern?? You know my love for Vera!!

Here's my list for today:

1. Caffeinate--DONE
2. Fold laundry (somehow the laundry doesn't understand the word "holiday")
3. Play with DS--DONE. . .we had SO much fun!!
4. Work on swaps when he sleeps. . .trying to finish 1-2 groups today--2 surprise swap group done!!

Most of our guests are gone. Daniel is still here and my other brother and his wife are returning today but it makes it easier to get things done.

1. work on swaps- still working
2. post office
3. take puppy to vet (if we can get an appointment- he has a growth on his mouth that started last week- we don't have anyone established around here becuase he had finished all his first year appointments before we moved)done- they think it is begin we just have to watch it
4. make dinner- chicken kiev, mashed potatoes, vegtables
5. print photos for 2 Christmas mini books
6. work on cropping the 9 pages I need to finish this year to finish out with 1000
7. relax a bit- I have a bad cold that is just starting to settle in
8. send address to those in the jar of whimsy swap-done

AWM- hope you feel better and can put away your bucket soon
DIT- have fun at Disney- I was amazed at how much we could get done on the 23rd of Dec

DH is off today..and ugh! It's gonna be a looong day!!

DH to take DD to school for bus done
DD leaves for BB tmt. done
make cheese/cracker tray for tmt. done
pack waters and snacks for tmt. for us done
ck to make sure I have $$ for admissions done
pull DD's clarinet to sell back done
kids up and ready done
pull bag of stuff to take w/ me to all day event done
make sure each kid has something to take for entertainment done
pull addy for clarinet shop done
leave for games
DD game @ 9:30am
clarinet shop
lunch
call babysitting kids mom about drop off time.
rest of the day in limbo until we figure out what time we play..

No way!! I missed this earlier! I can't believe that!! Although, our two baskeball coaches this year are older guys--one is never married, and one has grown children, so they just change the schedule however they want. Makes me glad (AGAIN!) that I'm not coaching!! Nan, I've got my cell phone with me--we can text while you're passing time!!

Deb--I'm loving those purses!! That pattern is so pretty!!

AWM - hope you are feeling better soon. It bites that you get time alone and this is how you spend it.

Not much on my list for the day. We are road tripping it to my dad's for the day. It's 2 hour drive and we plan to spend the afternoon with him. Then we are going to visit DH where he is working so the kids can see it. He's building a clinic about 2 hours from us and travels 2 nights a week. DH is about 45 minutes from Dad so it works out nice for us to do both.

So my list for the day...

get some laundry done while kids are in shower
take DD13's friend home before we leave
go to bank so we have some cash
visit dad
visit DH
call neighbor to let dog out
