I can't wait to watch it! The preview looks hilarious!!

The bag for SIL is a funny story. I was trying to make her a scrapbook for DNephew's first year. I kept asking DH if he thought she'd like it/appreciate it. He kept saying she would. Then, last night, he asked me how much more time I would have to put in it (not complaining, just asking). I said I had quite a while left (I just started). He said, "Hmmm. . .is there something else we can get her because I want you to have that time to scrap for DS!" So, off to the Vera website to order something! We got her a Villager tote in Mesa Red (that's one of the retiring colors, so it was a little less than normal!). And now, I'll be working on the Surprise Swap and DS's album over break!

Good for DH! I am glad he values your time and the memories you are creating for your little one.

great idea! scrap for your babycakes instead! the Mesa Red is not one of the retiring colors at my local shop. my sil has the exact bag and she loves it. but then again she has like a ton of them!

Not sure how today will go- DS woke up croupy!

1- get rid of my headache almost gone
2- caffeinate done
3- make bed
4- call Dr talked to nurse, not much we can do
5- DS to Dr? medicate from home
6- unload dishwasher
7- re-load dishwasher
8- sweep floors
9- wash kitchen rugs

I am pretty much tossing this list out. DS is really not feeling well and just wants me on the couch with him. I love the snuggle time, I hate it that he's sick!

I do too!!! DS is hardly ever sick- in fact I can't remember the last time. I hate it too, because it's a virus and there isn't anything to give him for relief. I did just give him Tylenol because his fever hit 102.

Work at work till the Pension Committee Meeting is over (it is the Board of Directors that control the pension and we meet quarterly. This quarter will not be fun since the stock market has been so bad.)
Fold Laundry- delicates I set to dry over the weekend
Wash non-delicates
Wrap presents- or at least move all of the wrapping stuff over to a corner of the room
Work on homemade gifts- I am really running out of time to get them done!
Clean ferret cage
Organize the ferret's room
Put out ferret toys, food, water and litter- so the ferret sitter can find them
Pack my stuff for the weekend
Pack the dog's bag for the weekend- she is going with us
Put out the cat stuff, so the cat sitter can find them (yes we have 2 different critter sitters)
Charge camera and clean out the card
Return movie to Blockbuster
I would really like to go to storage and get the Christmas boxes, but it doesn't look good.

That is horrible- I mean being rude to her ex husband is one thing but taking it out on the kids is just wrong- why shouldn't they be allowed to have their grandparents come to a program for grandparents.

It's just her nature..we have learned to live with it.. That is another reason I got involved with the schools and volunteer so that I know when these events are and now so does grandpa... Grandpa doesn't miss a thing now that he lives only an hour away.. even when he lived 3 hours away...he'd be here for his grandbabies for programs, special events, and just because he wanted to coming visiting!...
