at how much "wait time" will you just walk away?

We've never willingly gotten on a line where the wait time was listed as over 30 mins - if even that much
and I dont think we ever will

(the only ride we NEED to do this yr is Stitch - it wasnt open yet when we were there in Oct - we did the attractions we wanted in Oct and know we'll do them again)

Just like you, we won't wait if it's over 30 minutes. Not worth it, and with fastpass it's just unnecessary.

By the way, we saw Stitch and if you do skip it because the wait is too long, you won't be missing much. It was HORRIBLE. Disney should be embarassed with such a lackluster attraction. We were embarassed for them.

About 45 minutes. That's it. Anymore than that I am just not going to have fun on the ride.

Surprisingly, my pre-teen kids were more willing to wait for characters than attractions late last summer, though our longest wait for anything was about 20 minutes (Typhoon Lagoon). That was our first trip.

Went for a quick December trip and their tolerance for waiting was even less... if they'd seen an attraction already, the longest posted wait time they were willing to tolerate was around 15 minutes. So we used FastPass when available and were just flexible with our choices when necessary...

We go mostly in off season and we don't like to wait more that 20. Especially wt a 4 year old. I went to Universal once and waited 2 hours for the ET ride. NEVER AGAIN!

I agree with the above post, I wouldn't see Stitch again unless it was a walk on! Definately not worth waiting for!

20-25 minutes is about all I can take. Stich is HORRIBLE! I wouldn't bother unless it was a walk on.

20-25 minutes. maybe 30 minutes max if it's a busy time of year. we usually go during lower crowds and always use fastpass.

If there are no FPs or we are already holding one, it would have to be 30 minutes, but that is only for rides worth that wait like ToT, RNRC, Space Mntn, Splash, BTMR. Most others, its 15-20 minutes. I really don't know how people can stand to be in line for an hour with the same announcement playing over and over. I would much rather wait my time out while eating a snack or shopping.

30 minutes is usually our max wait.

With using FP and advance planning, we can usually see everything we want to and not wait over 30 minutes. It does help if you avoid the busies times of year and if you are willing to skip an attraction if the line is too long.

20-25 minutes. We go early and use fastpass. Even though we go in the busy season (July) the only time we've even had to wait that long was either for the ToonTown characters or Ariel's grotto.

We walk if the posted time is more than 25 mins., and that's based on my observation that the listed time is usually more than the actual wait. If suddeny the posted time started being accurate most of the time, 20 mins. would be the deal breaker.

Anything over 15-20 minutes and we walk LOL although we never go at peak times. If it is over 15-20 minutes, we use FP.

It depends on the ride/attraction, time of year, how many more days we will be at WDW, & how long it might be before we get to come back. On average I would say 30min. but if it is something new we haven't gotten to see yet & really want to see it & we can't get a fastpass for whatever reason & we know we won't be back to WDW for a year or more...I know we would wait longer. :cool1:

30 minutes, but I might be tempted to give Slusher Gusher at Typhoon Lagoon a bit longer, if I can carry a beer in line with me...;)

Also, I might be tempted to wait a bit longer for Soarin' and Expedition Everest the 1st time I ride. AFter that 1st time, it'll be right back to no more than 30 minutes!

We go in off season and 20 minutes is our limit unless it comes down to the end of the week and still haven't gotten to ride something we wanted yet and have to wait it out.

Those stupid Indy cars that my son loves is the top one to come to mind. The line takes forever and the gas fumes are just so lovely while you are waiting in line.

30-40 min depending on the ride. We skipped Test Track in Nov because the wait was never under 55 min both of the days we were at EPCOT and FP's were too late in the day for our plans. There would be a short list of rides that we would not miss regardless of the wait but with FP and EMH I don't see extra long waits happening. :wave2:

30 Minutes max for big rides (Splash Mountian, TOT, etc).

20 mins for everything else.

I just cant see waiting that much longer for a ride. Plus with our DS, there is NO keeping him happy in line for longer then 20 mins.

ok, I must be spoiled. I can't think of anything we've waited longer than 15 minutes for except the indy cars. Jungle Cruise was 15 maybe 20 one year but thats it. Definitely spoiled. If I saw wait times of 90 minutes I would probably have a heart attack. LOL Though I wait longer at my local amusement park for some rides, guess my kids would make me at Disney too. That's why we go off season. Walk ons baby! 2 more days!
